The Canon EOS-1D X Mark III is a capable DSLR that’s ideal for sports, wildlife, and other demanding and dynamic photography.
The 1D X Mark III, as the EOS system’s flagship, is distinguished by its enhanced processing capabilities and remarkable speed, making it ideal for both photo and video applications.
This camera, which features a newly built 20.1MP full-frame CMOS sensor and an improved DIGIC X image engine, can shoot at up to 16 frames per second with the optical viewfinder or 20 frames per second in live view, with a 1000-shot buffer when shooting raw+JPEG.
To accommodate working in a variety of lighting circumstances, the camera has a native sensitivity range of ISO 100-102400, which can be expanded to ISO 50-819200. The EOS iTR AF X autofocus system, which uses 191 points to acquire focus rapidly and precisely, also helps with speed.
It also uses Deep Learning Technology to provide Face Tracking and Head Detection AF features to keep the key focus on moving targets. In addition, when operating in live view, Dual Pixel CMOS AF employs 3869 user-selectable points to deliver a smooth, natural focusing quality similar to that of a camcorder.
