The Best Travel Camera is one that allows you to capture great quality shots without dragging you down with its cumbersome size and weight. Being able to transport your camera around with ease is vitally important, but you’ll also want to make sure that your camera is good sufficiently that it justifies its place in your bag – rather than you just relying on your digital camera phone instead. We’ve collected the best travel cameras here to help you choose.

The camera market is constantly changing, with fresh and exciting cameras being launched all of the time. Luckily for those who like to take a trip, there are plenty of camera bodies that are perfectly designed for long days on your feet with plenty of exciting thoughts to capture.

One of the cameras we’re most excited by is the recently announced Panasonic Lumix G100. With a 20.3MP MOS MFT sensor, the ability to shoot 4K video, the G100 looks to be a great vlogging and travel camera.

We’ve also been interested in one of Canon’s latest offerings, the Canon EOS M6 Mark II. This tiny, yet powerful camera has a clip-on viewfinder and a front-facing 180-degree display. This means that this digital camera is particularly useful for vlogging and consuming selfies in front of impressive scenes.

The brand new Fujifilm X-T200 has also made waves in the camera market with the biggest vari-angle touchscreen that we’ve seen, measuring 3.5 inches across the diagonal and with a 16:9 aspect ratio. The X-T200 is another compact and stylish digital camera that’s perfect for shooting video when you’re out exploring your dream destination.
