Best Gimbal for Canon EOS R recommendations? The following are the best Canon EOS R Gimbals.
The Canon EOS R is the world’s first full-frame mirrorless camera to make use of the new RF mount, which was introduced last year. It’s based on the same 30-megapixel Dual Pixel CMOS sensor as the EOS 5D Mark IV from 2016, but it’s been engineered to work with a new generation of RF lenses from Canon.
Canon claims that the shorter RF lens mount will enable them to develop better or smaller lenses than they can now design for the present EF lens mount, according to the company.

By using the EOS R, you are essentially getting the picture and video quality of the 5D Mark IV at a price range around that of the 6D Mark II, with a fair dose of control philosophy from each of those cameras plus the Canon EOS M series thrown in for good measure.
Unfortunately, while it is capable of producing excellent picture quality, the EOS R’s handling and ergonomics are a mixed bag, and its video capabilities are somewhat behind those of the competitors.
The EOS R, which represents the first stage in Canon’s mirrorless development, combines a rebuilt lens mount with an upgraded full-frame picture sensor to create a unique and advanced multimedia camera system that is unlike any other. In addition to being built on the new RF lens mount, the EOS R is set to be the platform from which to make the most of a new generation of lenses and optical technology.
