The PEN-EPL9 succeeds the EPL8 logically. The EPL9 was allocated some additional choices similar to the EPL8, without a lot bigger or heavier body. The weight was raised by a decent 20 grams to 380 grams, with a millimeter in height and depth and two millimeters in thickness. You can now film in 4 kilometers and have an activated flash. This embedded flash is close to the hot shoe. You can also do so if you like a bigger flash gadget or other complements in the hot shoe. Now, even when the camera is off the EPL9 can still attach via Bluetooth to a mobile device or tablet. This enables you to rapidly and conveniently move images for editing and sharing.

Olympus PEN E-PL9: Body

The Interactive E-PL9 Olympus PEN is almost the same as its parent, the E-PL8. The E-PL9 is a lovely retro-looking camera. It is also available in white, brown and blue in addition to the normal black. And it looks particularly special definitely in color. A stunning, fashionable camera to wear. A 16-megapixel sensor and electronic image stabilization are available in the camera. Compared with the E-PL8, the concept was more streamlined. The handle is included in the template now quite well.

Olympus PEN E-PL9: Features

The Olympus free software, Ol.share, provides not only remote control of the camera but also the “how-to” tutorials to learn how to make the most of your camera. The iconic Olympus Art Filters were expanded to 16 on the EPL9 so that your shootings can be conveniently granted a specific look. Advanced features like Live Composite are now immediately usable in Advanced Picture mode, not ‘somewhere from the menu on the EPL9. The correct screen icon can now easily be selected for light painting, HDR, Multi-Exposure, and Concentrate Bracketing. The Specialized Picture choices for catching vast deserts or very large subjects have now been introduced to the Sweep Panorama.

Olympus PEN E-PL9: Battery Life

For still images, Olympus reports that in regular mode (according to CIPA standards), the PEN E-PL9 captures 350 shots, just short of what you can grab with the Sony a6000 (360 shots per charge). Olympus can shoot a video for 140 minutes per charge (when zoom and other operational functions are not used) or 80 minutes per charge (when zoom and other operational functions are not used) (according to what Olympus claims is standard JEITA testing). In both cases, these battery life claims were approximately balanced by my experience using the E-PL9.

Olympus PEN E-PL9: Conclusion

The Olympus PEN E-PL9 is a lovely camera built for amateur artists, bloggers, and anybody who needs a tablet rather than a sleek and lightweight camera. The lightweight pancake zoom lens, incorporated image stabilization, and a wide variety of innovative filters allow the E-PL9 simple to take, and you can take unique images easily. The inclusion of 4K and a pliable panel means that it’s still a perfect camera for high-resolution filming yourself. The 16-megapixel sensor has a less resolution than a majority of direct consumers, but the Micro Four Thirds design has a broad variety of lightweight, inexpensive, image-quality lenses. And if you look for a really trendy camera, then the option is minimal and it’s mostly (almost the kingdom of the E-PL9.
